An ancient cross for us to view

From the ninth century or before

A leyline found passes through

The cross and church East to West

Tweny three paces is the norm too

A recent move may be for the best

Ancient tales, if you could speak

For over a thousand years so unique

I feel you talk within my soul

Saxon worship to make them whole
